Team Supports 
Sometimes things happen at work that are best supported through a third party. In these cases we come in to support facilitated conversations. Examples of when we may come in:

- After a crisis or incident, to support team debrief.

- To provide grief support when there has been loss.
- To provide healing circles or affinity spaces support.
- To provide restorative resolution to conflicts.
- When there are sensitive topics (internally or externally in the world) that negatively impact the well-being and dynamics of the team.
