Transformative leaders catalyze positive change at both the individual and systemic levels, creating lasting impact.

At Circle Point Wellness we believe this type of leadership can be nurtured in anyone who has the drive to create positive change, irregardless of their role, position or work. Leadership is not a title, it is a relationship. At Circle Point Wellness we nurture this relationship at both the personal and collective levels.
OUR SERVICES

How we support transformative leadership.

Transformative Leadership Training: Reshaping the Future of Leadership

Our transformative leadership program goes beyond traditional management training to create leaders who drive meaningful change. We help managers and executives evolve into visionary leaders who can reimagine workplace culture and inspire others to reach their highest potential.

The journey begins with personal transformation – deepening your self-awareness, uncovering your authentic leadership voice, and developing the emotional intelligence needed to lead with purpose and impact. From this foundation, you'll learn to create environments that spark innovation and positive change, where team members feel empowered to think boldly and contribute their unique talents.

Through our program, you'll master the art of building deep, meaningful connections with your team, fostering a culture of trust and shared purpose. Leaders emerge with the skills to create workplace environments that don't just function – they flourish, inspiring creativity, wellbeing, and collective success. These transformative leadership practices become integrated into your daily approach, allowing you to consistently inspire growth and positive change in both your team and organization.

Connecting for Change Leadership Dinner Series

Our meticulously curated leadership dinners foster authentic, human-centered connections among diverse leaders and change-makers.

Over a shared family style gourmet meal, individuals from various sectors engage in facilitated dialogues inspiring riveting conversations and insights. By creating a space for genuine exchange, these intimate gatherings catalyze the seed planting of transformative partnerships and collaborative opportunities that transcend organizational silos.

As part of supportive transformative change, every dinner supports local charities or non for profit organizations which catalyze change in their communities and sectors.

Going beyond traditional networking, our dinners build relationships, which are the foundation of success.

How we work.

At the heart of our leadership training and dinners lies the philosophy of embodied and transformative change. This holistic approach nurtures leaders who don't just espouse the values of empathy, compassion, and collective well-being, but embody them as an integral part of their identity and daily practice. Through the building of strong relationships (both with self and others) leaders become part of the transformation they aim to foster.

 OUR DINNERS

"I think just being in a group and sharing stories and the diversity of the group and seeing a lot of women in leadership, it's been really inspiring. Um, and to know that there's so many people doing such great work in our city, and we pass each other and don't really know about the wonderful work that everyone's doing. So it's been really amazing to hear everyone's stories and everyone's initiatives and projects and new collaborations are forging. New friendships are cultivating, and it's really exciting. There's an inspiring energy going around" - Dinner Participant
