Transformative leaders catalyze positive change at both the individual and systemic levels, creating lasting impact.
At Circle Point Wellness we believe this type of leadership can be nurtured in anyone who has the drive to create positive change, irregardless of their role, position or work. Leadership is not a title, it is a relationship. At Circle Point Wellness we nurture this relationship at both the personal and collective levels.
OUR SERVICES
How we support transformative leadership.
Trust-centered Leadership Training
Our signature leadership training programs empower individuals to cultivate safe(r), inclusive, and transformative spaces where innovation, skills, and passions can thrive. Grounded in a "right relations" philosophy, our approach integrates leaders seamlessly into the ecosystems they serve, ensuring that the care, well-being, and vibrant dynamics they champion become an integral part of their own leadership identity and daily practice.
Connecting for Change Leadership Dinner Series
Our meticulously curated leadership dinners foster authentic, human-centered connections among diverse leaders and change-makers. Over a shared meal, individuals from various sectors engage in facilitated dialogues inspiring riveting conversations and insights. By creating a space for genuine exchange, these intimate gatherings catalyze the seed planting of transformative partnerships and collaborative opportunities that transcend organizational silos.
How we work.
At the heart of our leadership training and dinners lies the philosophy of embodied care. This holistic approach nurtures leaders who don't just espouse the values of empathy, compassion, and collective well-being, but embody them as an integral part of their identity and daily practice. Through the building of strong relationships (both with self and others) leaders become part of the transformation they aim to foster.
OUR TRAINING
"
This framework of embodied care making it really is the basic foundational steps in being in right relation with self and others, that translates across settings and disciplines and gets back to the collective care and commitment of each others well-being...that includes practitioners and participants.
Betsy Dobbins, Executive Director, Centre for Children's Rights.  Participant of Embodied Leadership Training

 OUR DINNERS
"I think just being in a group and sharing stories and the diversity of the group and seeing a lot of women in leadership, it's been really inspiring. Um, and to know that there's so many people doing such great work in our city, and we pass each other and don't really know about the wonderful work that everyone's doing. So it's been really amazing to hear everyone's stories and everyone's initiatives and projects and new collaborations are forging. New friendships are cultivating, and it's really exciting. There's an inspiring energy going around" - Dinner Participant
