Crisis De-Escalation Training for Front Line Teams

Practical, trauma-aware strategies to stay grounded and
responsive in tense situations

NEW DATE: MAY 22nd

Is your team prepared to engage clients safely in moments of rising tension, while ensuring their own well-being?

In frontline environments where individuals are navigating trauma, instability, and survival, tensions can escalate quickly.

Even brief moments of miscommunication or being overwhelmed can lead to breakdowns in trust, safety, and support without the right de-escalation tools.

Equip your team with practical de-escalation skills!

This one day intensive is a must have for the front line.
